Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States! If you’re local (near Statesboro, GA), you can choose to do an in-store pickup for your order.

How long does shipping take?

We generally ship out orders within 1 business day. Exceptions may be made if we are out of office at the time of your order. We will make sure it gets shipped to you as soon as possible!

Based on previous orders (depending on your location relative to Statesboro, GA), shipping is usually between 3-6 business days at the most. This may be subject to change around the holidays.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email once your shipping label has been created with tracking information. If you did not receive a tracking number for whatever reason, please reach out to us at shopativyrose@gmail.com. We will be able to share it with you on our end!

Returns

How do I return an item?

We have a 10-day return policy for store credit only. This means that you will have 10 days after your purchase or you receive your order to request a return. Items must be in their original condition with the tags still attached.

To start your return, please send us an email to shopativyrose@gmail.com with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return. We will generate a return label for you to use in order to ship your item(s) back. Once we have received the order, you will get an email with your store credit that will be available to be used as you please to repurchase. Please keep in mind that the price of the return label will be deducted from your store credit.

How long does it take to process my return?

We generally respond to emails within 24 hours. Once your return request has been seen, it will most likely be processed within the same day.

Can I exchange for a different item?

In the event your order doesn’t work out, you can return your items for store credit. It can be used towards an exchange or a new item.

We are located at 1098 Bermuda Run Rd. Suite 5 in Statesboro, GA.

What are your store hours?

Monday-Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Sunday: CLOSED
